Homifyme packages are designed in a manner that should suit your requirements, however in case any changes in material our experts consider it in the initial meeting for the project discussion and include that in the estimate. In case there is a request for a different material during the project execution, then it will be considered on a case to case basis.

When the contract is signed with Homifyme, the pricing is frozen, and it remains stable in most of the situations. However, the prices can get impacted only under extremely rare situations where there is a drastic hike in prices owing to external circumstances, in that case the client will have to pay the difference amount.

The construction costing is calculated based on the super builtup area, the no. of floors, the requirement of a basement, construction materials used. Homifyme ensures that our client’s requirements are met as our packages are designed in a manner that suits diverse client requirements.

While these terms can be confusing, here is a simple description for each:

Carpet Area: It is the area in a flat/house which one can cover by using a carpet. It does not include the balcony & utility area.

Built up Area: Built up area is the carpet area along with the space that is taken up by walls. Built up area also includes other areas such as terrace, balcony, utility etc.

Super built-up area: Super built-up area includes other additional areas such as common areas, corridor, lobby etc.

The estimated cost includes designing and construction costs. It also includes costs for fixtures including windows, doors and others. To understand this better, have a look at our packages, it should give you more clarity.

 Homifyme is happy to offer 5 % of the total cost of the project as retention amount to the clients but this is payable during handover.
